About this conference
The TSPMA Summer Conference is a high-value, in-person training experience built specifically for K–12 school facility leaders and their teams. Attendees will join peers from across the state for practical sessions, real-world solutions, and ideas applicable to their districts, alongside opportunities to connect with vendors and fellow members for easy networking. Registration is free for active TSPMA school districts.
Sponsorship options
Partnership and vendor options are available, including Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Platinum Plus packages. These typically include a 10x10 Standard Tradeshow Booth at the conference (Platinum packages include two booths at the Summer Conference and a booth at Winter and Fall Conferences). Packages feature booth space, a draped table, chairs, and a trashcan. Premium sponsorships can include meal, social event, spouse outing, and break sponsorships, as well as sponsorship of a shooting or golf team, recognition at the conference, sponsorship of the TSPMA member welcome gift, a list of attendees and contact information, company name and training links on the TSPMA website, and an opportunity to present at one session during the Summer Conference. Specific costs range from $2,000.00 for a Silver Partnership to $10,000.00 for a Platinum Plus Partnership.
