The Texas Association of School Personnel Administrators (TASPA) hosts its annual Summer Conference, one of three statewide conferences held each year. This conference is designed for Texas public school human resources (HR) administrators, personnel directors, central office administrators, and support staff. It offers extensive networking, education, and engagement opportunities for PK-12 HR decision-makers. The event features an Exhibit Hall where attendees can discover new products and services to enhance their school districts' HR functions. The conference is often preceded by a law conference. Attendees can expect a program packed with relevant information and strategies in the public school human resources profession.
Sponsorship options
TASPA offers comprehensive sponsorship and advertising opportunities for the 2026 conferences, including the Summer Conference. Options range from Elite Sponsorship packages (Black Diamond at $25,000, Diamond at $20,000, Gold at $17,000, Silver at $11,000, Bronze at $6,000), which include exhibit booths, exhibitor badges, company logo placement, eNewsletter ads, associate memberships, breakout sessions, and attendee lists. Individual conference sponsorships are also available for specific items such as A/V ($5,000), Breakfast ($8,000), Breakout Sessions ($500), Coffee ($4,000), Conference Bag Inserts ($1,000), Mobile App banner ads ($3,000), Refreshment Breaks ($5,000), and Welcome Receptions ($8,000).
