Student Success Conference 2027

The 4th Annual Student Success Conference is an opportunity for Rutgers–New Brunswick faculty and staff to share their work, network with colleagues across departments, develop new skills, and advance student success work across the campus. This year's theme, 'Cultivating Belonging: Advancing Student Success Through Connection, Care, and Community,' focuses on how a strong sense of belonging drives engagement, persistence, and achievement. The conference aims to explore how fostering a strong sense of belonging is crucial for supporting student engagement, academic success, retention, and overall student development, aligning with Rutgers University's Academic Master Plan 2.0 student success priorities, including creating a welcoming, equitable, and supportive learning environment, promoting timely degree completion, and expanding access to high-impact learning experiences.
