About this conference
The IAFF Strive for Excellence Summit is the union's premier educational conference, designed to prepare IAFF members for leadership on the fire ground and in the union hall. It offers a comprehensive lineup of education and training, including 100 new workshops across 19 focused topics with CEUs and industry accreditation. Members can build a custom schedule covering operations, EMS, bargaining, union leadership, health and safety, communications, research, peak human performance, and union administration. The summit features five full days of hands-on training at the Carpenters International Training Center and the North Las Vegas Fire Department Training Center, providing scenario-based instruction. The event also includes an IAFF Olympics.

Levels include PREMIER ($175,000), SIGNATURE ($150,000), PLATINUM ($50,000), GOLD ($25,000), and SILVER ($15,000).
