About this conference
The 2026 State of Michigan HIV & STI Conference, organized by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) Bureau of HIV & STI Programs (BHSP), brings together experts to promote innovation, provide useful tools, and inspire ideas. The conference will present creative ways to enhance quality of care and build a solid infrastructure in the areas of HIV & STI care and prevention, and will offer an opportunity to network and build connections with colleagues in the field. Its theme is "From Uncertainty to Unity. Education, Growth, and Commitment." Anticipated session topics include: Innovation in HIV/STI Prevention and Care, Health Equity and Person-Centered Care, Emerging Healthcare Needs, Priority Populations, and Policy and Administration.
