SRLEEA 2026 National Conference and Training Summit

One Conference. Four National Partners. One Unmatched Public Safety Experience. Law enforcement leaders from across the country will gather for this national gathering focused on leadership, operational excellence, and the future of public safety. The conference is led by the Small and Rural Law Enforcement Executives Association in partnership with Department of Homeland Security Leadership Academy Associates, National Association of Professional Staff in Public Safety, and Volunteer Law Enforcement Officers Alliance. Attendees will participate in timely and forward looking training sessions addressing leadership development, agency operations, officer wellness, workforce challenges, and emerging issues facing today’s public safety professionals. The partnership of multiple national organizations expands the conference’s reach and provides a diverse range of perspectives and training opportunities. In addition to the educational program, the conference provides valuable opportunities for networking and collaboration with peers and industry partners.
