About this conference
The SPRING Conference is WASBO's biggest event of the year, with something to offer for all WASBO Members. The six pillars of the SPRING Conference are Share | Plan | Reflect | Improve | Network | Grow. There are over 40 educational sessions, an expansive exhibit hall, a WASBO Foundation student scholarship fundraiser, WASBO professional recognition award presentations, and plenty of opportunities to network. Attendees can spend two days learning at educational sessions on topics such as auxiliary services, best practices, facilities (including certification sessions), human resources, sessions for those new to the profession, safety, and technology. The event also provides opportunities to visit sponsors in the exhibit hall for expertise, networking, sharing, reflecting, and fun.
Sponsorship options
Conference sponsorship opportunities are available at Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Bronze levels, as well as Golf Hole and Attendee Scholarship Friend Sponsorships. Benefits include priority exhibitor registration, digital advertising and recognition on the WASBO GO mobile app (priority exhibitor listings, rotating banner ads, splash page logos), attendee lists for one-time use, special identification at exhibit space, distinction on name badges, listing on prominent signage, and recognition in WASBO Focus. Individual conference sponsorship pricing for members/non-members: Platinum $4,000/$4,500; Gold $3,000/$3,500; Silver $2,000/$2,250; Bronze $1,250/$1,500.
