Join us on Friday, June 5th, from 8:30am to 4:00pm for the annual Spring Continuing Education Day! The event features a keynote, multiple concurrent sessions covering topics such as NARCAN training, library management (Dewey, web accessibility), donor relations, community engagement (Repair Cafe, homesteading), AI in libraries, NYS minimum standards updates, trauma-informed libraries, school partnerships, library board strategies, welcoming patrons, local history, and combating misinformation. It includes welcome, registration, coffee, vendor networking, free headshots, and lunch with door prizes. The conference is co-sponsored by the Chemung County Library District and held at Corning Community College.
