The Southwest Leadership Conference invites Boys & Girls Club leaders from across the Southwest Region to connect, learn, and celebrate their work. Organized by a regional planning committee of Club professionals, this three-day event is designed to address topics and issues essential to serving young people and leading Clubs in the region. The conference includes a welcome reception, learning sessions to foster innovation and cover key areas such as Child & Club Safety, Youth Development, Resource Development, and Government Relations. It features a dedicated board track to engage, educate, and connect Board Members across organizations, industry-leading speakers, an Exhibit Hall providing resources for Clubs, and celebratory recognition events and awards.
