Southwest 2-Day Leadership Summit for LE Records Onsite Event

Leading a Records unit isn't easy and requires strong foundational leadership skills. On Day 1, participants will delve into their leadership style, how to engage employees, how to build trust and credibility, as well as how to lead with intention and have difficult conversations. On Day 2, participants will learn how to prevent litigation, achieve compliance, see better performance, understand the inherent risks and liability that exist in Records and how to eliminate it. Attendees will participate in strategic risk analysis and prevention, and learn how to implement the approaches needed to protect the agency. You'll receive various resources/tools for agency- and self-assessment risk analysis, measuring key performance indicators, and keeping track of productivity.
