About this conference
The Southern Association of Forensic Scientists (SAFS) is a professional organization for over 300 practicing forensic scientists across various disciplines, representing laboratories throughout the southern United States and beyond. The annual conference, which attracts approximately 125 attendees, offers scientific presentations, a business meeting, social events (Tuesday night social, vendor reception, banquet), and meals. Optional workshops are also available. The event fosters continuing education, peer guidance, and professional networking opportunities within the forensic community.
Sponsorship options
Exhibitor Package ($650 early / $800 regular) includes: table, two chairs, Wi-Fi, electrical, attendee contact list, flier in welcome packet, 1/2 page ad in digital program, breaks, lunch, and breakfast for two exhibitors, and an opportunity to present during vendor spotlight. Advertising Only Package ($250 early / $300 regular) includes: flier in welcome packet and company logo in digital program. Break Sponsorship ($500 per break) includes: recognition in digital meeting program and signage during the break. Promotional gifts, donations, and/or door prizes are also accepted for recognition.
