About this conference

A full-day in-person conference designed for higher-ed HR professionals, focusing on the state of HR in 2026 and the challenges shaping the profession. The event will feature a dynamic CHRO panel, a keynote speaker (Kelly Jones, author of Unleashed Potential), and targeted learning tracks covering Burnout & Retention, AI & Technology, and Culture & Change Leadership. Attendees can expect practical insights, honest conversation, and meaningful connections with peers who understand the unique demands of higher education HR. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided, and the conference is approved for both SHRM and HRCI continuing education credits. Attendees will also have the opportunity to win raffle prizes, including a complimentary registration to the 2026 CUPA-HR National Conference.

Sponsorship options

Sponsorship opportunities are available at Platinum ($2,000), Gold ($1,500), Silver ($1,000), and Bronze ($500) levels. Benefits may include recognition on the SNE Chapter website and in event programs, opportunity to include materials/giveaways in participant packets, provision of the registration email list (post-event), display of signage at the conference, featuring sponsor name and logo onscreen in presentations, an event promotion table (Platinum, Gold, Silver), event speaker introduction (1 minute for Platinum, Gold), participant admissions to the conference (one representative for Platinum, Gold), and a sponsor recognition and speaking opportunity (three minutes) at lunch during the in-person event (Platinum).
