About this conference
The SCTEA Annual Conference brings together faculty, staff, and administrative personnel from South Carolina's sixteen technical colleges and the State System Office for professional development. The 2025-2026 conference theme, "TECH the World Over, Advancing Innovation through South Carolina Technical Colleges," highlights the transformative power of technical education in preparing students for a rapidly evolving world. The conference focuses on strategies to drive student success beyond the classroom, including advanced technology integration, authentic assessment, community partnerships, and global perspectives. Participants will engage in sessions showcasing best practices in teaching, learning, and leadership, aiming to foster accountability and innovation in career preparation. The goal is to equip professionals to educate with purpose, lead with vision, and advance technical education in South Carolina and globally.
Sponsorship options
Sponsorship levels include Platinum ($2,350), Gold ($1,600), Silver ($1,250), and Bronze ($875). Additional booths are available for $450. Non-profit organizations receive a 50% discount on Bronze sponsorships. Benefits vary by level and can include presentation slots, exhibit booths (6' x 10' piped and draped with an 8' skirted table and two chairs), logo display on the Conference Social Wall and SCTEA website for one year, an Exhibitor Profile in the Whova Conference App, a Conference Attendee email contact list, and conference registrations for presenters (two for Platinum/Gold). Silver Sponsorships also include a one-half page printed advertisement. All sponsorships include Corporate Membership. Vendors participating in a session with a technical college employee are required to sponsor at least at the Bronze level.
