The School Building Leader Summit invites elementary and secondary principals and presidents to explore innovative leadership strategies, best practices, and key challenges in Catholic school leadership. This event is designed to equip and inspire leaders in their mission to strengthen Catholic identity, foster collaboration, enhance instruction, and drive strategic growth. This gathering is part of a broader 2026-2027 leadership theme across NCEA events focused on building bridges in Catholic education, with the School Building Leader Summit centering on what it means for principals and presidents to be the bridge in their schools and communities. In conjunction, the New Building Leader Academy is designed for principals and presidents at the beginning of their leadership journey, offering a two-day experience focused on essential roles of Catholic school leadership.
