SAFE-D 2026 Annual Conference

SAFE-D takes the Annual Conference south to the Alamo City for 2026. The event will be held from January 29-31, 2026, at the Henry B. González Convention Center. This premier educational event for Texas Emergency Services Districts (ESDs) offers attendees the opportunity to gain knowledge and skills to better serve their districts. The conference is the year's biggest meeting related to ESDs and ESD issues, featuring pre-conference education sessions, an exhibit hall preview, a meet and greet, an opening general session, breakout sessions, and a closing general session. SAFE-D will apply for ESD Commissioner Continuing Education certification. The event brings together fire and emergency service professionals from across Texas, including commissioners, chiefs, department personnel, and industry experts, for three days of education, networking, and innovation in emergency services, covering legislative updates, best practices, and the latest advancements in fire and emergency management.
