RTI at Work™ Institute

This institute focuses on providing proven methods to help all students reach and exceed grade-level goals through a successful Response to Intervention (RTI) or Multitiered System of Supports (MTSS). Attendees will gain access to nationally recognized experts who have successfully implemented RTI in various settings. The program will cover creating a tiered system of supports including Tier 1 (access to essential standards), Tier 2 (additional time and support for essential academic and behavior standards), and Tier 3 (intensive reinforcement in universal skills). The institute emphasizes building an intervention system rooted in the principles of a Professional Learning Community (PLC), leveraging collaborative teams and the 4 Critical Questions of the PLC at Work process to create effective interventions. Specifics on leading the RTI process at site and district levels, identifying struggling students, placing them in proper interventions, monitoring progress, and revising interventions will be covered.
