The annual RP Conference is the largest gathering of institutional research, planning, and effectiveness professionals in the California Community Colleges system. Each year, the conference brings together researchers and planners from community colleges across California to share local approaches to common challenges, explore emerging practices and developments in the field, and strengthen relationships within our community. Grounded in a shared belief that collaboration and evidence are essential to improving student success, the RP Conference is a hands-on, peer-led experience designed by and for practitioners. Participants leave with expanded research and planning tools to support their institution's capacity for inquiry, analysis, and evidence-based decision-making.
