Representative Convention

The 2026 Representative Convention is the annual business meeting of Education Minnesota, scheduled for April 24-25, 2026. This convention serves as the union's highest governing body, where more than 500 elected delegates gather to set policy and direction for the organization. Key activities for delegates include acting on proposed changes to the union's constitution and bylaws, and considering action items or amendments to legislative positions and statements of principle. The convention will begin at 7 p.m. on Friday and conclude on Saturday once all business has been addressed.
