About this conference
NYSNA's Regional Industry Seminars offer school nutrition professionals the opportunity to connect, sample, and plan for the upcoming year. These regional exhibit and food show events bring together suppliers, processors, vendors, and partners to support successful school meal programs across New York State. Attendees can explore commodity options, find menu inspiration, and discover new products and solutions, gaining direct access to resources for informed decision-making. The seminars allow for connecting with New York's direct diversion suppliers, processors, and NYSNA corporate members, sampling menu-ready items, and learning about products for future menus. Processors will provide ready-to-serve samples with ordering codes. Vendors participating in the 30% Farm-to-School program will be highlighted to support local purchasing goals. In addition to the exhibit and food show, educational sessions are provided to enhance knowledge, support professional growth, and offer practical takeaways. Attendees can earn CEU hours by learning about timely topics relevant to school nutrition operations. The seminars serve as a valuable platform for asking questions, strengthening industry connections, discovering new ideas, expanding knowledge, and gathering essential information for school nutrition programs.
