Quality Assurance Leadership Conference

The 2026 Quality Assurance Leadership Conference will be held this fall at L&I headquarters in Tumwater. This event aims to bring vocational firm and quality assurance (QA) managers together to discuss current topics and exchange ideas. It is an exclusively in-person, all-day event where firms are expected to send at least one representative, with a limit of three representatives per firm due to room capacity. The conference is specifically designed for owners and managers responsible for monitoring quality assurance and participating in QA validation meetings. It provides an opportunity to explore factors leading to positive outcomes and to advance a shared commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement within the vocational services sector.
