About this conference
This educational, fun-filled, one-day conference includes an opening keynote, three concurrent breakout sessions (four workshops for each breakout session) and a closing panel discussion. This year's theme is "Mind the Gap", exploring what that can mean in HR spaces, including awareness of gaps in training, technology, communication, policies, and talent. The conference goal is to further the HR knowledge of HR practitioners at all levels, provide a forum for connecting with others in the field, and to have fun while learning. Attendees can expect breakfast, lunch, and a cocktail hour. Our annual conference attracts over 350 HR professionals from more than 100 public agencies across Southern California, including LA, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties. It is the signature event of the year, offering workshops and a wide range of topics to elevate careers.

Sponsorship opportunities include Conference Sponsor ($10,000), Gold Level Sponsor ($5,000), Silver Level Sponsor ($3,000), Training Session Sponsor ($2,000), Cocktail Hour Sponsor ($1,500), and Lanyards ($750 plus provision of lanyards). Sponsors receive a dedicated area for interaction with attendees during check-in/breakfast, breaks, lunch, and the cocktail hour.
