About this conference
The PNACAC Annual Conference is the organization's premier professional development opportunity, bringing together individuals who guide and empower students as they prepare for college admission. The conference promotes ethical standards and provides resources to members and colleagues in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. Its goal is to ensure every student in the Pacific Northwest has access to informed, engaged, and ethical college admission professionals in public and independent secondary schools, community-based organizations, community colleges, and public and independent four-year colleges and universities. Through workshops, educational sessions, shared interest group conversations, counseling, and enrollment professionals gain new knowledge and a revived enthusiasm to improve opportunities for students across the five states. Attendees will learn about important updates for the upcoming application cycle, network with colleagues, acquire best practices and skills, meet regional leaders, tour colleges, recharge their passion, and engage with a vibrant professional community. The theme for 2026 is "Resilience and Grit: Navigating the College Landscape."
Sponsorship options
Exhibitor & Sponsorship Packages include: Platinum ($3,000), Gold ($2,000), Silver ($1,000), and One Day Exhibitor Pass ($600). Platinum, Gold, and Silver packages include exhibitor registration and full conference registration for 1 person, an exhibit table during exhibitor hours (Days 1-3), shared sponsorship of coffee & refreshments, prominent signage, verbal recognition, social media recognition, and email recognition. Platinum also includes an exclusive ad on the conference website, 5 conference staffers wearing branded t-shirts during Day 2 and the social, 2 sponsored song choices, a confirmed opportunity to present, and a one-time use of the attendee mailing list. Gold includes 5 staffers wearing t-shirts during Day 1 and 1 sponsored song choice. Silver also includes signage around the conference site.
