About this conference
The Philadelphia Affordable Housing Conference focuses on the funding, partnerships, and execution strategies shaping the next wave of housing in Philadelphia. It will delve into Mayor Parker's H.O.M.E. initiative, a $2B plan to build, preserve, and restore 30,000 homes, including a $400M bond pricing. The conference will also explore PHA's Opening Doors strategy to preserve over 12,900 existing apartments and create new affordable units. Attendees will learn how policy priorities translate into active projects, capital allocations, and development opportunities, navigating challenges like high costs and financing pressures. The event aims to connect public officials, housing authorities, developers, capital providers, nonprofit leaders, architects, engineers, and construction teams involved in the city's affordable housing pipeline.
