This two-day event fosters innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the technology sector. It highlights what’s working today, shares practical insights, and explores what’s next for technology across the public sector. The overall theme is 'Systems, People & Possibilities'. The conference features four dynamic tracks: Defend, Respond, Recover: The New Cyber Playbook (Cybersecurity, Risk Management, Incident Management, Resilience); Run Better, Scale Smarter: The Future of IT Operations (IT Operations, Infrastructure, Network Operations, Systems Management); The Great Re-Skill: Building Teams Ready for What’s Next (Upskilling, Training & Development, Organizational Change Management, Workforce Development); and From Friction to Flow: Reimagining the User Experience (UX Design, User Research, Service Design, Digital Transformation).

Sponsorships are available at Titanium ($8,000), Gold ($5,000), and Silver ($3,500) levels. Benefits include pre-event marketing (logo/link on website, promotional emails, social media), expo presence (booth, virtual booth, video showcase), conference access (tickets, discount on additional tickets, reception access), onsite marketing (keynote/reception recognition, speaker introduction, advertisements, collateral links), and post-conference marketing (social media, thank you emails, attendee list access).
