ORTESOL 2026 Fall Conference

Sponsorship packages are available at three levels: Gold Medal ($600.00), Silver Medal ($400.00), and Bronze Medal ($250.00). All sponsorship levels include verbal acknowledgment from the President during a formal address, recognition on the ORTESOL website, and recognition on the ORTESOL Facebook page. Gold Medal sponsorship includes registration for up to two people, two exhibitor tables (or at least 12 feet of table space), a full-page color advertisement in the event guide, two presentation slots during concurrent sessions, listing as a Gold Sponsor on the program's cover page, and sponsorship of a social hour or plenary speaker. Silver Medal sponsorship includes registration for one person, one six-foot table, a color half-page advertisement in the event guide, one presentation slot during concurrent sessions, listing as a Silver Sponsor in the program, and sponsorship of a social hour. Bronze Medal sponsorship includes registration for one person, one six-foot table, a color quarter-page advertisement, and listing as a Bronze Sponsor in the program. Logos and advertisements must be submitted 30 days prior to the conference date.
