ZERO TO THREE: National Center for Infants, Toddlers, and Families

ZERO TO THREE (officially "ZERO TO THREE: National Center for Infants, Toddlers, and Families") is a U.S.-based, membership-driven nonprofit that translates early childhood research into resources, training, programs, and policy advocacy to ensure all babies and toddlers have a strong start in life. In recent years it has advanced national policy through its Policy Center, sustained long-running programs such as HealthySteps, published research and training materials, and continued visible activities including its 2025 Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Emerging Leadership Awards and programmatic work documented in its 2023 Form 990.
