West Virginia Public Health Association

The West Virginia Public Health Association (WVPHA) invites public health professionals to its 2026 Annual Conference at Canaan Valley Resort from September 16-18, 2026. This three-day event offers education, networking, and collaboration, celebrating America's 250th Anniversary. Attendees can expect opening presentations from State Health Officer Dr. Mark McDaniel and NACCHO CEO Lori Freeman, dedicated section breakout sessions for Clerical, Environmental, Epidemiology, Nursing, Nutrition, and Threat Preparedness, vendor exhibits, and numerous networking opportunities. The conference concludes with sessions on Leadership, Conflict Management, and the Role of AI in Public Health. Meals are included with registration, and a Golf Scramble is offered on September 15. Registration is exclusively for WVPHA members.
