Urban Land Institute

Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a global nonprofit research and education organization, founded in 1936, that brings together a cross-disciplinary network of real estate and land-use professionals. ULI's mission is to shape the future of the built environment by promoting best practices in development and land use through research, education, advisory/technical assistance, publications, and large convenings. ULI serves tens of thousands of members from private enterprise and public service and hosts major industry meetings — including its Spring and Fall Meetings, regional conferences, and international summits.
