Texas Workforce Commission (TWC)

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), through its Office of the Commissioner Representing Employers, organizes the Texas Conference for Employers (TCE). This statewide series of employer seminars covers Texas and federal employment law, unemployment claims and appeals, and related HR topics. The 2026 TCE schedule includes a San Angelo in-person event on September 18, 2026, held at the Pearl on the Concho. The TCE is co-sponsored by Texas SHRM for professional credits and targets HR professionals, employers, payroll managers, and similar audiences.
