Strengthening School Safety Through Prevention, Preparedness, and Partnerships. The 2026 National Conference on Active School Threats brings together school leaders, law enforcement professionals, emergency managers, behavioral threat assessment teams, mental health practitioners, and community safety partners for a practical learning experience focused on today’s most prevelent school safety challenges. Featuring some of the nation’s leading school safety speakers, the conference will address current issues such as targeted violence prevention, active threat preparedness, behavioral threat assessment, crisis response, reunification, cyber and social media risks, student mental health, and building safer, more connected school communities. Attendees will gain timely insights, proven strategies, and real-world lessons from nationally recognized experts who understand the evolving threat landscape facing schools. Through keynote presentations, and collaborative discussions, participants will leave better prepared to strengthen prevention efforts, improve emergency readiness, support students and staff, and lead coordinated safety initiatives in their own districts and communities.
