The Thriving Communities Summit, presented by the San Diego County Office of Education and the County of San Diego in support of the Live Well San Diego vision, is a free, one-day event at the Town and Country Resort. This summit connects the region's community and education sectors to elevate well-being through community schools and improve outcomes for the whole child and every person in every community. It aims to create a collaborative learning and action experience, bringing together leaders and practitioners from education, health, behavioral health, social services, youth development, community and faith-based organizations, philanthropy, businesses, local governments, and public-sector agencies. The goal is to strengthen a shared commitment to creating conditions where every child, family, and community has the opportunity to thrive, exploring evidence-informed strategies, elevating promising practices, and engaging in meaningful cross-sector dialogue.
