RQC (Rescue Challenge) is a long-running technical rescue challenge/competition (often referred to as a conference-style event) focused on multi-discipline technical rescue scenarios including confined space, rope rescue, cave rescue, industrial/rescue scenarios, and water-related rescue problems. The 2019 event (RQC 2019) was scheduled for May 5–9, 2019 in the Richmond / Henrico County area of Virginia.
