PermitTechNation (PTN)

The International Code Council (ICC) Annual Conference is a premier event for the building safety community, bringing together professionals from across federal, state, and local government. The 2026 conference will feature remarks from ICC leadership, an Annual Business Meeting, an Expo showcasing the latest products and services, an Awards Luncheon, and an Annual Banquet. Keynote speaker Mike Massimino, Ph.D., former NASA Astronaut, will discuss passion in work, teamwork, and leadership. The conference also includes an Advocacy Update on political impact on codes, a Board IRC Review Committee (BIRC) Report, and networking opportunities. A pre-conference Day of Service, organized in collaboration with Women in Code Enforcement and Development (WICED) and PermitTechNation (PTN), offers participants a chance to volunteer with local community organizations such as Ronald McDonald House Charities and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville.
