Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs

The PSAB Fall Leadership Conference is an annual event designed for borough officials across Pennsylvania. It offers attendees critical updates on legislative measures impacting boroughs, opportunities to engage with companies providing relevant products and services, and sessions aimed at motivating, challenging, and fostering critical thinking. The program includes general sessions on topics such as productive navigation of differences in local governance, stormwater management funding, municipal employment law, land use trends, zoning, community benefit agreements, and active shooter preparedness. Additionally, there will be legislative year-in-review sessions and networking opportunities with peers from across the state. This program is approved for 6 Certified Borough Official Credit hours.
