National Volunteer Fire Council

The National Volunteer Fire Council (NVFC) is a non-profit membership association that serves as a conference organizer for the volunteer fire and emergency medical services. They host annual events such as the NVFC Training Summit, which focuses on critical topics for firefighters and EMS providers, including responder health and safety, volunteer recruitment and retention, and emergency service leadership. The NVFC also organizes a Spring Conference. These events provide valuable classroom training, networking opportunities, and a vendor expo for emergency responders.
