National Children’s Alliance (NCA)

The 2027 NCA Leadership Conference is a hybrid event designed to unite CAC leaders, multidisciplinary team professionals, clinicians, researchers, advocates, and other experts from across the nation. The conference aims to deliver insightful and practical presentations across several key tracks. These include Advocacy and Communication, focusing on public policy, awareness campaigns, legislative strategies, and public funding. The Business of Child Advocacy track will cover fundraising, marketing, leadership, and community engagement. The Mental Health track will delve into the latest research, evidence-based practices, and innovations in child and adolescent mental health, with sessions eligible for CE credits. Research and Innovative Practices will explore data-driven approaches to child welfare and victim advocacy. The Rural track is tailored for Rural CAC leaders, addressing unique challenges and opportunities. Finally, Workforce Development will focus on strategies to strengthen the child abuse field through enhanced recruitment, support, and retention.
