The inaugural NALHFA Fall Educational Summit is a premier two-day gathering designed for the affordable housing finance community. Held at NALHFA headquarters from September 15-16, 2026, this new event will bring together local housing finance agency leaders, industry partners, policymakers, and practitioners for timely insights, meaningful dialogue, and practical strategies. The summit will cover federal policy updates, economic analysis, hands-on training, peer exchange, and advocacy on Capitol Hill. It is designed to equip members with the information, tools, and connections needed to advance affordable housing in communities across the country. A key component of the summit is NALHFA’s Advocacy Day, offering members the opportunity to meet directly with Members of Congress and congressional staff to advocate for critical issues impacting local housing finance agencies.
