National Association of Hearing Officials, Inc.

The National Association of Hearing Officials (NAHO) is a professional nonprofit organization, formed in 1987, representing individuals involved in administrative adjudication such as hearing officers and administrative law judges. NAHO’s mission is to improve the fairness and effectiveness of the administrative hearing process by promoting professionalism, providing instruction and year‑round continuing legal and adjudicative education, and furnishing a national forum and leadership on administrative hearing practices. NAHO runs an annual professional development conference, webinars and on‑demand instruction, and operates a national certification program for administrative hearing officials.
