About National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education
NADOHE (National Association of Diversity Officers in Higher Education) is the preeminent professional association and voice for diversity leaders in higher education, providing resources, professional development, publications (including the Journal of Diversity in Higher Education), and a national peer network for chief diversity officers and diversity officers. The organization publishes signature research and tools for example, the 2023 State of the CDO Report and advocates on policy issues affecting equity, diversity, and inclusion in higher education.
