National Association of College and University Attorneys

NACUA (National Association of College and University Attorneys) advances the effective practice of higher education attorneys for the benefit of the colleges and universities they serve. It is a membership association with more than 1,650 institutional campus members and 5,000 attorney representatives, providing continuing legal education, a clearinghouse resource library, and programs such as CLE workshops and the Higher Education Compliance Alliance. Recent activity includes scheduled CLE workshops (e.g., Winter 2026 Virtual CLE Workshop) and frequent Cases & Developments updates.
