Montana Narcotics Officers' Association

The Montana Narcotics Officers Association (MNOA) is a non-profit organization made up of state and federal law enforcement officers, attorneys, sheriffs, chiefs of police, as well as probation and parole officers throughout the state of Montana. The annual training conference is pivotal in enhancing the skills and preparedness of law enforcement professionals statewide. Through comprehensive workshops, simulations, and expert-led sessions, officers gain invaluable knowledge and practical experience that directly translates to safer communities and more effective narcotics investigations and seizures. MNOA provides high-quality, specialized training designed to help officers meet the evolving challenges of drug trafficking, criminal organizations, and substance-related crimes, including narcotics investigations, drug trafficking interdiction, clandestine laboratory investigations, overdose and fentanyl investigations, search warrant preparation and execution, confidential informant management, digital evidence and intelligence gathering, case development, and emerging drug trends. This conference supports law enforcement officers and their families who have been injured or killed in the line of duty, with proceeds from raffles and sponsorships contributing to this cause and offsetting conference costs.
