Ohio School Boards Association (OSBA)

The OSBA Capital Conference is the Ohio School Boards Association's premier continuing education program, offering leadership development and best practices aimed at boosting student achievement. The conference delivers practical solutions to help governance teams from school districts, career centers, and Educational Service Centers (ESCs) improve student learning and achievement. Attendees, whether veteran board members, superintendents, board support professionals, or first-timers, will gain practical ideas and a renewed commitment to their critical work. The event includes training, networking opportunities with school board members and administrators from across the state, and access to products and services through a Trade Show. Participants can learn best strategies for school governance, discover new initiatives for student achievement, and be inspired at the Student Achievement Fair where students showcase their school activities.
