The Kentucky Public Procurement Association invites all Public Procurement Professionals to join us for the KPPA Annual Forum and Product Expo. The KPPA Forum and Product Expo will be held on Oct 14-16, 2026 at the Owensboro Convention Center in Owensboro, KY. The KPPA Forum provides an ideal environment for educational opportunities and networking. The Forum and Product Expo is designed to tap into and fully capture the diverse array of expertise and wisdom amongst our membership and other subject matter experts in the field of public procurement. The KPPA Forum is an educational showcase of specialized workshops intended to expand your skills, learn best practices, and provide a platform where you can gain support from colleagues on issues you face every day. KPPA is exclusive to the public procurement profession so you can be assured that educational sessions will relate specifically to public procurement issues. The products exposition on Thursday provides attendees an opportunity to discover new products and services available by visiting with a vast array of suppliers. This is a once a year opportunity to engage in professional development and network with others in public procurement and the supplier community.
