Iowa Technology & Education Connection (ITEC)

The ITEC Fall Conference promotes the use of technology in education by demonstrating to its members, other educators, and the public, developments in educational technology and how its appropriate use supports teaching and learning. Attendees can expect networking opportunities and sessions. The conference also provides valuable engagement for vendors, offering hundreds of potential follow-up contacts for future sales with attendees comprising classroom teachers, media specialists, technology directors/IT personnel, administrators, and college educators. Key topics include ensuring digital environments are accessible, adhering to ADA compliance, and understanding the U.S. Department of Justice's final rule under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act for public educational institutions.
