BoardCon also includes PreCon and PostCon workshops covering topics like strategic school safety, school finance, communication strategies, and board secretary essentials. A major component is the trade show, providing exhibitors an opportunity to engage with approximately 1,000 school board members, superintendents, administrators, and other key education decision-makers from Iowa public schools.
