International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA)

The International Sanitary Supply Association (ISSA) is a trade association that organizes major industry events and provides training directly relevant to school facilities and operations. ISSA produces the ISSA Show North America, an annual trade show featuring a Facility Services/Operations & Maintenance track, and offers targeted training and workshops through its Cleaning Management Institute (CMI), such as the FM: Custodial Manager Bootcamp and CMI Custodial Supervisor Workshop. These programs explicitly cover custodial operations, custodial management, building service operations, facility maintenance, and operational best practices, aligning with the needs of school facilities and building operations.
