International Association for Truancy and Dropout Prevention (IATDP)

IATDP is a longstanding U.S.-based nonprofit association (founded 1911) focused on truancy and dropout prevention, chronic absenteeism, attendance interventions, and student engagement. It organizes an annual IATDP conference (e.g., 113th Annual Conference Oct 19–22, 2025 in Memphis, TN; 114th Annual Conference Oct 18–21, 2026 in Corpus Christi, TX) with calls for proposals, sponsorships, and program content directly addressing school attendance, chronic absence, engagement strategies, truancy prevention, and related interventions. The site lists conference details, call-for-proposals PDFs, sponsorship info, executive leadership, and resources such as anti-truancy parent tips.
