The 42nd Annual IPSTA Conference, sponsored by Illinois APCO & INENA, is a premier event for public safety telecommunications professionals. It offers a comprehensive and informative program designed for 9-1-1 directors, supervisors, telecommunicators, IT specialists, and public safety leadership. The conference features keynote speakers such as Nathan Lee, who will discuss the profound impact of decisions in communications centers, and Keri Kaup, focusing on resilience strategies for high-stress public safety work. Breakout sessions cover a range of topics including legislative updates, state 911 administrator updates, micro self-care strategies, public safety in the cloud, AI in adult learning, and NLETS information sharing.
