Idaho Sheriffs' Association

The Idaho Sheriffs' Association (ISA) and the Idaho Jail Administrators Association (IJAA) will host their Winter Conference this December 7-9, 2026 at the Boise Centre in Boise, ID. The conferences bring together Idaho's sheriffs, deputies, jail administrators, and some support staff from counties across Idaho. Our aim is to recognize and support the work of Idaho's sheriffs and their staffs and gather for the purpose of encouragement and equipping. The conference features training, input from top government officials, and moderated discussions on important topics. The December conference focuses in particular on the legislative agenda for the following year and legislative session. Every four years a "school" for new sheriffs who are elected on the same schedule as the U.S. President is featured.
