The Great Plains Tribal Leaders' Health Board (GPTLHB) is a regional tribal public‑health organization founded in 1986 that represents 18 tribal nations across the Great Plains (South Dakota, North Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa). It provides public‑health support, advocacy, program development, epidemiology, training, and hosts events and trainings for tribal health, functioning as an organizer of Indigenous‑Health Systems conferences, public‑health summits, and IHS‑related activities.
